Directions from 4th Avenue
Once on 4th Avenue, immediately get into the right hand lane. The
parking garage entrance will be on your right BEFORE the City of
Portland Tower (underneath 1930 SW 4th). There is a Texaco station
directly across the street from the entrance. Take the elevator to the
Plaza Level and head north for the main office, FAB 160.
